You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes to learn about the salon, compare services, view availability when offered, and begin or complete an authorized booking process. Do not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content or forms.
Service information
Service descriptions, examples, images, preparation guidance, and maintenance information are educational and do not replace an in-person professional assessment. Hair history, condition, length, density, existing color, and desired result can affect the safest service plan.
Pricing, duration, and consultation
Prices and appointment times may depend on stylist level, service details, hair needs, and additional work. The final service plan, expected timing, and pricing are confirmed during the consultation at the beginning of the appointment before work proceeds.
Transformation results
Some significant transformations may be possible in one carefully planned visit, but no result or one-visit completion is guaranteed. What can be achieved depends on your hair history, current condition, realistic goals, and the professional consultation.
Appointments and availability
Displayed availability may change before a booking is completed. An appointment is not reserved until the booking process confirms it. Cancellation, late-arrival, card-on-file, and deposit rules are governed by the policies presented during booking and our Cancellation Policy.
Appointment-specific payment authorization
The exact protected amount for your complete requested visit is displayed before you submit the request. By accepting the appointment policy and payment authorization, you authorize Fernanda's Beauty Salon to securely save a payment method through Stripe for that identified visit and, if the disclosed policy applies, to charge the displayed protected amount for a cancellation or reschedule made with less than 48 hours' notice, a no-show, or arrival 15 minutes or more late. Salon staff may review the circumstances and waive a charge.
The payment authorization protects the identified visit. It is separate from normal salon checkout, which remains processed through Square for performed services, retail products, applicable taxes, receipts, and voluntary gratuities.
If a no-show charge has already been collected and the salon later agrees to serve the customer on the same salon day, the salon may apply some or all of that collected amount as payment credit toward services actually performed. The amount is not charged a second time. Any remaining service balance, retail purchases, applicable retail tax, and voluntary gratuity are collected through Square. Any unapplied portion retains its original no-show-fee treatment unless the salon separately approves another resolution.
SMS/MMS Messaging Terms
By expressly opting in, you authorize Fernanda's Beauty Salon to send appointment-related SMS/MMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include booking-request notices, appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, policy-related notices, and customer-care replies.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance, call 617-777-8204, or email fernandasbeautysalon@gmail.com.
After an opt-out request, one final message may be sent to confirm the opt-out. Opting out of text messages does not automatically cancel or modify an appointment. Appointment changes require the salon's normal approved process.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The website may link to Square, Instagram, Facebook, maps, or other third-party services. Their content, availability, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers, not by Fernanda's Beauty Salon.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, salon text, logo, photographs, and other original materials belong to Fernanda's Beauty Salon or are used with permission. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Errors and interruptions
We work to keep website information accurate and the experience available, but occasional errors, outdated details, technical interruptions, or unavailable links may occur. Please call the salon to confirm time-sensitive information.
Reasonable limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the salon is not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by reliance on general website information, third-party services, or temporary website unavailability. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
